Return Policy

Most items purchased from TruXpressions may be exchanged or returned within 20 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsalable.

Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA # on the outside of the package and this return form within the package.  Please make a copy of the return form for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s). 

Holiday Return Policy
We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.

What is your Halloween Return Policy?
No refunds will be given on costume/shoe orders placed between October 1st and October 31st.  All exchanges must be received by October 15th.   After October 15th costume/shoe orders will not be issued a refund or exchange and will be refused.

What if the item I purchased does not fit?
If you are not happy with the fit of your item, you are welcome to return or exchange it.  All returns must include their original packaging and tags.  You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us, but TruXpressions will pay the shipping cost for one exchange per order.  For the courtesy of our other shoppers, please try on all items over your intimate apparel.

What if I do not like the item I purchased?

Regular shipping is free with purchases of $70.00 or more, other shipping options are available:

USPS or FedEx is used at our discretion for all express orders. Orders received by 4:00 PM EST time will ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays. Express orders will be received in the next business day and you will receive detailed tracking information via e-mail provided you include an e-mail address with your order.
